Daniel L. Kapp was born and raised in Miami. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. He completed medical school at the University of South Florida and Plastic Surgery Residency at the Ohio State University. He was the Anastasi Fellow in Plastic Surgery at Boston University. In 2004 Dr. Kapp returned to Florida, where he opened his private practice in West Palm Beach. He performs many types of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, focusing on breast reconstruction, breast enhancement, body contouring, facial rejuvenation and skin cancer reconstruction. He is the Chief of Surgery at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. He also served as the Medical Director of the Wound Center at Jupiter Medical Center.
Dr. Kapp is highly regarded nationally for his expertise in wound care management utilizing advanced biologics and cutting edge technology. He has served as an advisor to a number of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. Dr. Kapp is involved in leading clinical trials and innovative research that will provide more advanced technologies to facilitate healing chronic wounds in patients today.
Dr. Kapp currently resides in Jupiter, Florida with his wife and three children. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys cycling.
